Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Full-Time

 

The Opportunity

As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for a driven and technically skilled sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building lasting customer relationships in the United States.

In this role, you will take full ownership of developing and acquiring customers in the MedTech sector. You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build your own customer portfolio from the ground up, and engage directly with key decision-makers across procurement, engineering, and executive leadership.

You will lead demanding sales and contract negotiations through to successful closure, while maintaining a disciplined approach to pipeline and opportunity management.

What you will need to Succeed

You have a proven track record of success in new customer acquisition and a solid technical background—whether through vocational training or an engineering degree. You are driven to win, with a strong closing mentality and the persistence required to succeed in a competitive international sales environment.

 

Fluency in English is essential, ideally at a native or near-native level, enabling you to operate effectively across global markets. You are highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel internationally (approximately 30–50%).
